Frequently asked questions
What size filter tip should I use?
Most growers and hand-rollers use 10-12 mm diameter tips for standard pre-rolls and hash holes. Smaller diameters (8–9 mm) are best for slim rolls, while larger 12–13 mm tips are perfect for infused rolls, cannagars, and thick hash holes. If you're unsure, the safest universal choice is 10x30 mm, which fits most rolling styles.
What is the difference between Unbranded and Custom Logo filter tips?
Our Unbranded filter tips have no logo or markings applied — what you see is what you get. They're stocked, ready to ship, and available with lower minimums. The perfect option if you need product fast or want to test a tip before committing to a custom run. Shop Unbranded Tips →
Our Custom Logo tips are a separate process. You upload your logo, we send a digital proof within 48 hours, you approve it, and we move into production. Higher minimums apply and turnaround is approximately 3 weeks from approval — but the end result is a fully branded tip unique to your brand. Shop Custom Tips →
How long does shipping take?
Unbranded orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom logo orders ship in approximately 3 weeks from proof approval. If you have a specific date you're working toward, factor that window in when placing your order.
Can I try the product before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Our various Filter Tip Sample Packs include our best-selling tips, so you can test the full range before committing to volume. Order the sample pack first, find what works, then reorder with confidence here.
