Return & Reprint Policy

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely happy with your item whether it’s the size, design, or tips we’ll gladly reprint and replace it at no additional cost.

If for any reason a reprint isn’t the right solution, we can issue store credit for the value of your purchase.
(Please note: we do not offer cash refunds.)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@rollrunner.co with your name, order number, and a brief reason for the return.

    • You can also reach us through live chat, and our team will be happy to assist you.

  2. Once your email is reviewed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

Before Shipping Your Product

  • Ensure the item(s) is undamaged, in like-new condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Ship the item(s) within 3 days of receiving return authorization, and include the original invoice.

  • Items not returned in their original condition may be denied for return and sent back to you.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 10-20 business days after we receive your return for your reprint or store credit to be processed.
