Frequently asked questions
What size filter tip should I use?
Most growers and hand-rollers use 10–12 mm diameter tips for standard pre-rolls and hash holes. Smaller diameters (8–9 mm) are best for slim rolls, while larger 12–13 mm tips are perfect for infused rolls, cannagars, and thick hash holes. If you're unsure, the safest universal choice is 10x30 mm, which fits most rolling styles.
Which filter tips work best for different rolls?
For hash holes and premium drops, glass and wood tips deliver the most consistent airflow and strongest presentation. For daily production or high-volume batches, paper and business card tips perform best. For eco-friendly lines, choose Rollie 3D tips made from biobased hemp/PLA. Each style is designed to fit the rolling method you prefer.
When will I receive my order?
Once your mock-up is approved, production takes 3–4 weeks, depending on order size and material type. You’ll receive a final photo before shipping so you can confirm your order looks correct. Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive shortly after production is completed.
How long do mock-ups take?
Every order includes a free digital proof, delivered within 48–72 hours. You can request unlimited revisions until the design matches your vision exactly.
What is your refund policy?
Because all items are custom-made, RollRunner does not offer refunds after production begins. However, we work closely with you during the proofing stage to ensure the design is perfect before you pay. If there are any issues with the final product received, contact Support@RollRunner.co and our team will resolve it quickly.
